As promised, a blackberry basil jam! We even used basil from our own garden. This tart jam is infused with a slightly earthly, sweet flavor from the basil giving it a unique flavor profile.
Note: we grown our own herbs at Harrow's and use them fresh in our jams during the spring and summer. In the fall, they are dried to use over the winter.
