Spicy Pumpkin Martini


2 oz. pumpkin spice vodka (we prefer Cooper's Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka)

1 oz. dark rum

2 tablespoons Harrow's Garden pumpkin butter

1 oz. maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 graham cracker

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Crush the graham cracker to powder and mix with the cinnamon and granulated sugar. Paint the rim of the martini glass lightly with maple syrup and dip in the graham cracker mixture to rim the glass. Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, rum, pumpkin butter, remaining maple syrup, vanilla, and three ice cubes. Shake well and strain into the martini glass.

Makes 1 cocktail.
