Due to the nature of our products being edible, returns and refunds are issued on a strict case by case basis. If your product is damaged in shipping, please send us photographs and we would be happy to replace the damaged items. No need to return the products.
All products will be shipped on Fridays. If your order is submitted on Friday, we will make every effort possible to ship out the same day. We ship USPS and UPS, whichever is more cost efficient, to pass the savings on to you. If you prefer one method over the other, please let us know at the time of your order.
